How tuition works
What sets tuition
What sets tuition is your child's age group and the length of the class, 30 minutes for babies and 45 for toddlers and preschoolers, with ten classes to a series. Our figures are on the enrollment page, and we go over them when you try a class.

Toddlers and grown-ups: a 45-minute class
Preschool singers: a 45-minute class
Registration
A yearly registration sets up your family's file and your place in a series. It is due when you sign up, and the amount is on the enrollment page.
Holding a place
A place on the rug is held once you have paid for your first series. When a class is full, we keep a waitlist by age and send an offer by email as a place opens.
Billing
A series is billed at the start of its ten weeks, on our enrollment page. Ask us how billing works when you try a class, and we will go over it with you.
Siblings
If more than one of your children comes to class, ask us how it works. Brothers and sisters are welcome in the class for their own age, and we will explain at sign-up.
Withdrawing
Tell us a week before the next series begins to stop at the end of the one you are in. For a series in progress, we set out in writing what happens to the weeks that remain.
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed class can be made up in another class for the same age in the same series, as long as there is room on the rug. Tell us ahead when you can. A family sing-along happens once, so it is not made up.
Other costs
A couple of things sit outside tuition and are only for families who want them: a take-home set of shakers and bells, and a class tote bag. Each is priced on the enrollment page, and you only pay for what you choose.
